Working all the day long and managing everything still staying refresh is a difficult task in itself for everyday.
Here today in this post I will be sharing the way to manage things and work with ease.
Here today in this post I will be sharing the way to manage things and work with ease.
Proper time table is must
Every task should get your time in day. It will be better if you do not specify exact time for your tasks but should specify hours for every task and make sure you spent the respective hour decided on your tasks
Prioritize
Check on the tasks which are highly important an which are least important, try to finish those tasks which are more important to you but consider the time limit you have to complete that. For example you have two tasks : task A and task B . Task B is not that important but needs to be completed within an hour where as the deadline for more important task A is a week..then obviously Task B should be on priority at this moment.
Same way the level of difficulty should also be considered while prioritizing your work.

Applications for ease
Use applications like sticky, reminder, calendar to memorise every appointment of you. There are many options available online to manage every project of yours professionally I like to use Asana ( It has android app as well to look over your projects anytime anywhere ).

Relaxation is what your body needs
Working continuously can cause dizziness, lethargy, one must never ignore to give himself a short break like I like to take a break of half an hour every two hours. It just helps to relax the mind and freshen it up and never to forget that magical 8 hours of sleep.

Good eating always goes right
Summer is all here and food plays a great role in your work. Oily food can never give you the energy required for your work. Munch on something healthy every 15-20 minutes. Like roasted nuts. Coconut water, buttermilk fresh juice will just lighten up you mood and also provide you the positive energy for work.

Your focus is important
Focusing on multiple things at once can actually happen but focussing on multiple things at once correctly can never happen. Focus on one thing at a time, as mentioned earlier prioritize you tasks give them their hours and dedicate yourself completely to what you are doing at time just ignore those disturbing elements.
Exercising are not only for abs
Exercising every day is required whether you want abs or not..:)... Easy and short exercises will also be great followed by a small session of yoga. It just gives those positive vibes which you require for whole day work. Also especially if you work in front of a desktop / laptop should take out a minute or two in every hour to do some eye and neck exercise to stay away from tiredness from your eyes.

Finding out and work on the mistake like a boss
Admit it....admit if u commit any mistake and learn from it instead of feeling embarrassed on it. If any plan of your did not worked out well instead of blaming the reason on others better find the shortcomings and their solutions and most importantly implying them.

These were some tips I use everyday to manage every task. I am not a pro but all these definitely worked for me.
You can find more tips and tricks online even much better hacks to manage your work, but what important is to not just read them instead implement those which you think can actually work for you.
