Being a leader.......!!!!

Hello everyone.....
This is my first blog ever and I have no idea about how to do it correctly but still here to share my views with you all.

Today I came across a post by someone on linked which actually inspired me take this topic for my first blog .

Leader knows what he is upto

This is the best definition of a leader I heard or read. A leader is someone who knows where is he going what are the hurdles, what is the solution only then he can lead the way.

Age can not define leadership

Intelligence never comes with age, it comes with experience. Sometimes younger generation have answer to those questions which olders can't even think of. Leadership is something which require a lot of knowledge and one can not gain knowledge unless he himself experience it and knowledge never choose age. It always goes to those who know how to learn and work.

Commune growth is what a leader wants

A person who does not know how to take care of others growth can never deserves to be a leader. Leader knows what his team wants, what can motivate them and what can help to work with more passion and honesty. Selfishness can never make a good leader.
